Customer Service Specialist

Are you passionate about 4WDs and off-roading? Do you take pride in providing exceptional customer service and seeing a job through from enquiry to installation? We're looking for a confident, knowledgeable, and customer-focused individual to join our client's dynamic 4x4 team.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a key role in helping customers get the most out of their 4WDs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Selling 4x4 parts and accessories in-store, online, and over the phone
• Preparing accurate quotes, invoices, and sales documentation
• Managing online enquiries and processing website orders
• Coordinating fitting and installation jobs with the workshop team
• Receiving, unpacking, and dispatching goods (including unloading deliveries)
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-presented retail and stock area
• Providing expert product advice and delivering outstanding service at every interaction

About You

We're looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, initiative, and a genuine interest in 4x4s. Ideally, you'll have:

• Previous experience in customer service or sales (automotive industry experience highly regarded)
• A passion for 4WDs, off-roading, and outdoor adventure
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• The confidence to engage with customers and help them find the right solutions
• A willingness to learn about new products and fitment options

Days, Hours & Pay

• Monday to Friday
• 7.30 am to 5 pm (Flexible for the right person)
• $30 to $35 per hour (depending on experience)
